NO ONE EVER REGRETS PRACTICING YOGA

A private yoga session is an opportunity to receive practice that’s entirely your own. Whether you’re looking to recover after birth, build strength and stability, support athletic training, or simply move with more ease, these sessions are tailored to your body, your needs, and your pace.

Drawing on nearly two decades of teaching, I bring together the grounding of yoga, the precision of Pilates, and the restorative benefits of mindfulness and breathwork. Each session is guided with care and attention, meeting you exactly where you are—whether that means gentle postnatal recovery, back care, or dynamic strengthening flows.

In the quiet of 1:1 practice, there is space to listen inward, refine alignment, and explore what feels supportive for your body. This is yoga designed for you: flexible in structure, personal in approach, and always mindful of the connection between body, breath, and mind.

In Private Sessions, We'll:
  • Craft a personalised practice tailored to your body and goals

  • Explore breathwork and meditation for inner peace

  • Learn Ayurvedic self-care practices for optimal health

  • Uncover energetic blockages and promote healing with Reiki

  • Develop strength, balance, and power through asanas, pilates, resistance training and more

PRIVATE SESSIONS

* TRAVEL FEE:

Enjoy the convenience of in-home yoga! Private sessions within a 0.7-mile radius of Chalk Farm Station will not incur a travel fee. For locations beyond this area, a travel fee applies to cover my time and expenses. For example, my hourly rate for a private yoga session is £60. For each hour of travel time, I will need to ask for 50%. Example = 1 hour of yoga (£60) + £30 (50% of an hour's worth of travel time).
