
Welcome to Mindful Birthing
Becoming a parent—whether for the first time or all over again—is one of life’s most profound transitions. It touches every part of our being: physical, emotional, and spiritual. Through a mindful and holistic approach to childbirth, I offer support for this transformation through two complementary services: Mindfulness-Based Childbirth and Parenting (MBCP) classes and Doula support rooted in mindful presence and embodied wisdom.
Drawing from nearly two decades as a yoga teacher and holistic healing practitioner—as well as my own lived experience as a mother—I offer guidance that honours both ancient ways of knowing and the best of modern, evidence-based care. My approach is deeply informed by my studies with Mindful Birthing & Parenting (MBCP) and Birthing from Within, two leading programs that integrate mindfulness, trauma-informed birth support, and holistic childbirth education. Whether you are preparing for birth, navigating the tender postpartum period, or simply seeking a grounded path into parenthood, you are welcome here.
