MY APPROACH
Much of modern yoga is focused on achieving or fixing.
My work begins by listening.
I start with your body as it is, your breath as it moves, and the life you are actually living — not an idealised version of who you should be.
By integrating mindful movement, breath, and meditation, I guide you in developing an embodied yoga practice that meets you where you are — one that feels supportive rather than imposed.
This work is especially supportive during times of change — whether navigating stress, health concerns, pregnancy, or the many transitions life brings — helping cultivate steadiness, gratitude, and trust in the body.
What unfolds is a steadier, more compassionate way of being in relationship with your body and mind — and with yourself.

Meet Your Guide
I’m a senior yoga teacher and mindfulness practitioner with over two decades of experience in embodied and holistic practices. My work has been shaped by years of study, lived experience, and motherhood — all of which have deepened my respect for the body’s innate intelligence.
I offer one-to-one guided yoga and breathwork sessions that support a compassionate relationship with the body and mind, especially during times of transition.
My hope is that the practices we cultivate together become steady companions — grounding your wellbeing and supporting you in living with greater presence and trust.

Private Yoga, Pilates, & Physical Training availability is on a first come, first serve basis.
Mum & Child Postnatal Recovery Yoga, Core Building Pilates, and Vinyasa in Nature are open to all mums/dads & their little ones.
